Pre-Construction

Construction

- Determine and direct construction means, methods, and sequencing

- Custom tailor a “Quality Assurance Plan” for each project

Post-Construction
When your project is coming to a close, we provide a smooth transition to occupancy and beyond:
- Completing a thorough project punch list
- Provide maintenance instructions and coordinate maintenance contracts with owner
- Provide maintenance services in some cases
- Train client in the operation of house systems
- Provide binders with pertinent project information
