A major renovation, this project included adding a new family room, kitchen and breakfast room, master suite with his and her baths and closets, laundry room, powder room, and 3000 bottle wine room.
This ten thousand square feet home experienced a major makeover, both inside and out. We constructed a loggia, new pool, patio and trellis complete with cast stone columns, tumbled marble paving, and a custom cypress ceiling. Throughout the property, details such as coffered ceilings with concealed air vents, custom millwork and casework, wood and marble floors with mosaic inlays, Caesarstone counter tops, glass tile backsplashes, and new impact French doors and windows, elevated an extraordinary home to new – and luxurious heights.
